Step into the Descendants library to find stories of love and liberation at your fingertips....

Nush the Librarian is an accomplished musician, producer and DJ based in North West London. They are a trans-masc, non-binary Tamil creative originating from the land of Sri Lanka.

They spend much of their time studying to become a Music Therapist, facilitating in community-led workshops and events, fundraising for a number of causes and are on the never-ending search for spiritual knowledge.

You can often find them jamming, reading and switching between accents by a fire brewing an Ayurvedic tea ☕️

Grab a mug and come sit by the crackles 🏕️

Nush established ‘Descendants of the Past ( Ancestors of the Future)’ in 2019 as a platform for themselves and other creatives to foster connection and resistance to the system.

Everyone is welcome.

This is a safe space.

A small note: I’ve decided to take off any links or affiliations to anything but SoundCloud, YouTube and BandCamp as all other platforms are complicit in the systematic torture and murder of oppressed peoples around the world and I will have no part in it.

I’ve been unable to remove my tracks unfortunately but will no longer be uploading to those sites.

I hope you can come forward with me, making conscious decisions on your consumption and will support artists like me making the leap towards autonomy and justice for others.

Much love - Nush the Librarian x
